Danny Bartz

Danny Bartz is a director with Newmark’s Walnut Creek Office. He specializes in representing both tenants and landlords in their office lease and sales transactions in the East San Francisco Bay Area. In addition, Danny was selected in 2016 to be a special commercial real estate consultant and advisor to the city of Concord. Danny joined Newmark in 2014, beginning as a market researcher. He transitioned quickly to brokerage and has since developed a reputation for his integrity, market knowledge and work ethic. In 2018, he was selected as one of Newmark’s Young Rising Stars.
