Danielle Kovie is a Senior Associate with Millenia Partners working on the healthcare brokerage team. Danielle helps clients across the state of Florida buy, sell, and lease medical office real estate. Danielle’s clients range from large to small independent physician groups as well as developers looking to attract medical office buyers and tenants. She is actively involved in researching and analyzing great properties for her clients and discovering off market deals. Danielle truly takes pride in understanding her client’s needs to locate the perfect property for each client’s goals. Danielle has helped grow the healthcare team to over $55 million dollars in transaction volume since 2020. Danielle is married to her husband, Stephen, and lives in the wonderful Winter Garden area. She graduated from the University of Florida with two degrees in B.S. Telecommunications and B.A. Digital Arts and Sciences. Danielle actively attends Discovery Church – Sand Lake Campus and is actively involved in their kid’s ministry. Becoming a broker has allowed Danielle to excel in helping people with all that she has. She strives daily to continue to meet the demands of an ever-changing market as well as having the personal goal to assist every single client, above and beyond, that comes her way.
