Daniel joined Buyers Realty, Inc in 2011 and has been active in commercial real estate for the past 15 years. Daniel specializes in tenant and landlord representation in both urban and suburban markets. His extensive knowledge of these areas combined with an unparalleled work ethic and drive provide invaluable service and ability to his clientele. Daniel has successfully designed and implemented national and regional growth plans for national and international retailers in excess of hundreds of new locations. Daniel’s diverse list of clients includes: Blue Bottle Coffee, Best Buy, Carters, OshKosh B’Gosh, Arthur, Caudalie Spa, Eredi Pisanò, Jacadi, Carolina Lemke and Elevatione by Salvador Dali. Daniel also represents groups of investors in the acquisition and sale of retail properties including single tenant net leased properties and multi tenant shopping centers. Daniel was previously with Ripco Real Estate Corp in New York City. Daniel graduated with a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a focus on Marketing and International Business. Daniel is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
