Daniel Wiener

Dan Wiener brings over 17 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, where he most recently served as Principal with Avison Young in Melville, NY. Dan has successfully handled the exclusive agency assignment for millions of square feet of office, industrial, retail, and medical space, for various owners across Long Island. Throughout his career, he has completed a wide variety of transactions, from the sale of large parcels of land for ground up multi-family development to some of the most complex “adaptive re-use” projects in the region. Wiener recently served as President of the Commercial Brokers Society of Long Island (CIBS), an organization comprised of nearly 400 commercial real estate related professionals. As a board member with CIBS for over 10 years, Dan also served as Treasurer and Chairman of their Future Generation and Economic Development Advocacy Committees. Throughout his career, he has proven himself a true advocate for the smart growth and economic health of the towns and villages that comprise Long Island. Originally from Seaford, Dan currently resides in Centerport, NY, with his wife of 16 years and their two children.
