Daniel Rainer

Daniel is an advisor in JLL’s Century City office. He has geographic focus in the West LA market, including Santa Monica, Brentwood, Venice, Culver City, Marina Del Rey, Playa Vista, Beverly Hills, Century City, West Hollywood and Hollywood. Additionally, Daniel has extensive experience in Downtown Los Angeles and the Arts Districts. Specializing in completing complex transactions that involve a wide range of corporate services, Daniel leverages JLL’s world-class platform with a methodical, scientific approach to mitigate risk and maximize value for his clients. As a result of his complete transparency and dedication to delivering exceptional customer service, Daniel has significant tenant and landlord representation experience with large, institutional owners and publicly traded tenants and has been involved in landmark Los Angeles deals such as: Netflix, Riot Games, and Beachbody.
