Daniel Nechanicky

Dan Nechanicky joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Brokerage division in 1997, focusing primarily on office leasing. Dan specializes in landlord representation in the Minneapolis south suburban market. He spends much of his time identifying new prospects, compiling businesses into a structured database, coordinating and implementing the marketing plans for each assignment and negotiating lease terms on behalf of his clients. He has distinguished himself as an extremely responsive and aggressive individual.
