Daniel Merlo

Dan Merlo is a founder and President of Intelica Commercial Real Estate. Dan oversees the company’s business units and is active in supporting corporation’s service and principal activities. Dan formed Intelica CRE with several years experience in the commercial real estate industry. Dan specializes in leasing, sales, tenant representation and design build projects for industrial clients. Dan is a graduate of Saint Louis University and his professional designations include Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Economic Development Finance Professional (EDFP). In addition Dan is a candidate with the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors (SIOR). Licensed in both Missouri and Illinois, Dan is a member of the St. Louis and Missouri Realtor Associations and is a past President of the St. Louis Chapter of CCIM. Over his career, Dan has been involved with and closed over 300 transactions worth more than $500 million in transaction value including over 6 million square feet of space and 700 acres of land. He has been recognized as one of the “Heavy Hitters in Commercial Real Estate – 2002-2009.”
