Devoted husband, loving brother, and father of a son, Dan McCreary is a family man. He grew up in Fallon, NV and went to Churchill High School. A Nevadan through and through, Dan went to Northwest Nazarene University and Oregon State University before being called back home to Nevada, where he attended the University of Nevada, Reno. Fernley is a natural choice for someone who holds his family and his home state dear-and it’s a great place for Dan’s many hobbies.

Dan has been in real estate since 2004. Since then he’s sold hundreds and hundreds of properties, often working with his wife Carrie McCreary. He specializes in new home sales and ranches, with extensive experience in distressed properties, vacant land/new home subdivisions, and commercial land and buildings. He’s also worked with several property rehabilitation investors over the years.

He loves being with his family, and working with his sister, Jessica Stanger, in addition to his wife and brother-in-law, it’s clear he means it. Fernley allows Dan the space for other things he loves, too, like fishing, hunting, snowboarding, boating, and hanging out with his wide circle of friends and family. He even finds the time to coach kids’ soccer, baseball, and basketball teams locally. Give Dan a chance to help you fall in love with Fernley and find you the right property to seal the deal.
