Managing Partner at Atlantic Retail
After years of competing with Atlantic, Dan joined the team in 1997. His New England efforts were focused on the likes of Staples, Chili’s, and project leasing. In 2003, Dan made a drastic career and lifestyle change by moving his wife and two daughters to Jupiter, FL and established Atlantic’s first office outside of New England. “The change was both exciting and frightening at the same time. The rewards are the team that has been assembled and relationships we have established across this region.” Dan has continued his focus on representing larger format retailers as well as project leasing across the state while utilizing his experience in opening a new office to help mentor current and future partners. Away from work, Dan spends time on the golf course and he continues to keep his interest in skiing. A graduate of Boston College, and parent of a Sophomore and Senior, there are frequent visits back to family in the Boston area as well as Cape Cod. Dan recently celebrated his silver anniversary with his wife Elly.
