He began his career in the financial markets on Wall Street in New York City, where he soon became a bond trader and Vice President at Morgan Stanley. Afterward, he held the position of Vice President at Sanwa Bank and Vice President at Bank of America before venturing into independent endeavors. With extensive Wall Street experience, Daniel Lynch possesses a knowledgeable advantage in the global domains of finance, banking, and real estate investment. He is not only an entrepreneur but also an independent thinker at heart. Mr. Lynch embarked on his path to becoming a successful restaurateur in the Tri-State Area, leaving behind corporate finance to establish his own company. He successfully built and managed a collection of highly popular and thriving restaurants and bars. As a founding partner of Park South Hospitality, he once owned and operated over fifteen establishments in New York City and his home state of New Jersey. Daniel Lynch played a central role in conceptualizing, designing, building, promoting, and financing every project from inception to completion, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the hospitality industry. In addition to his involvement with Park South Hospitality, he initiated a real estate company, Danlou Properties, LLC, which held properties for Park South Hospitality and engaged in speculative investing. With over 20 years of experience in both the hospitality industry and commercial real estate business, Daniel Lynch possesses the skills to assess business values, structure transactions, and acquire and finance real estate.
