Daniel knew by the age of 14 that he would spend his professional life in real estate. Influences include his late grandfather, a developer, builder and city inspector as well as TV shows like This Old House and Home Time. During college he worked seasonally as a framer apprentice, and got his first real estate Broker License in New Your in 2007. Daniel earned his Master’s Degree in Real Estate and Construction Management in 2010 from the University of Denver. During that season he worked interned for a local office developer as well as a national apartment REIT. After graduating he helped finance over $1B in commercial real estate for NorthMarq Capital and did Property and Asset Management including renewal leasing for over 450,000 SF of industrial space for Global Pacific Properties. Since starting his own brokerage in 2013 Dan has gone on to sell and lease over $130,000,000 in real estate in Colorado. He also led the establishment of the Keller Williams Commercial division as Managing Director from 2018 thru 2022 for the Keller Williams Advantage Realty brokerage. Dan's experience includes multi-family, self-storage, mobile home parks, specialty assets with the greatest emphasis on office, industrial and retail for owner/users. Daniel's family includes his wife Jennifer and sons Wesley and Wyatt. Daniel and his wife enjoy a fantastic relationship with their local and church communities. When he is not helping people find reach their real estate goals, he likes to hunt, fish, ski/snowboard, snowmobile, mountain bike, and scuba dive.
