As a Principal at LSL Advisors, Daniel specializes in representing tenants in the acquisition and disposition of office space, developing strategic solutions for relocations, expansions, consolidations, renewals, occupancy cost reductions and lease negotiations. Daniel’s market knowledge, creativity and work ethic have empowered him to successfully negotiate many transactions on behalf of his clients, some of which include industry-leading firms in the Financial Services, Fashion, and TAMI (Tech, Advertising, Media and Information) sectors. Daniel has also represented premier Manhattan properties totaling more than 2 million square feet. These include 295 Madison Avenue, 101 Fifth Avenue, 155 Fifth Avenue, 60 Madison Avenue, 384 Fifth Avenue, 50 Greene Street, 38 Greene Street, 64 Wooster Street, 75 Bowery, 7 West 45th Street, 35 West 14th Street, 53 West 36th Street & 44 East 32nd Street, many of which he has sold. Prior to joining LSL Advisors, Daniel served as Managing Director at MHP Real Estate Services. In that capacity, he was responsible for landlord & tenant representation with a concentration in the midtown-south submarket of Manhattan. Daniel was a recipient of the prestigious 2012 MHP "Rising Star" Award. In 2014 the Commercial Observer honored Daniel as one of the 30 under 30 New York City Rising Real Estate Stars.
