Daniel Langberg

Daniel R. Langberg is Managing Director of Washington International Service Executives (WISE) LLC, a Virginia-based investment management company. Since 2011, WISE LLC has worked with clients in the U.S. and overseas to facilitate and manage investments in private equity and real estate. The firm manages a growing student housing portfolio located at major public universities across the Southeast. Langberg is licensed as a real estate broker in Virginia and Maryland, specializing in investment properties, business brokerage, and agricultural real estate. Langberg has over two decades of experience working across public and private sectors in the United States and the Middle East. Prior to his current position, he served as Investment Associate at Flag Holding LLC, an Abu Dhabi-based investment company. Langberg began his career working in the U.S. national security sector and has done extensive work with the Pentagon, Department of State, and other national security agencies. Langberg grew up in Philadelphia, received a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master’s Degree from George Mason University. He lives with his family in the countryside of Northern Virginia.
