Some of his earliest memories include driving around with his father to collect rents and work on remodeling and renovating commercial real estate properties. From an early age, Daniel was immersed in the world of real estate, and it quickly became second nature to him—a career path he was destined to pursue. Under the guidance and mentorship of his father, Daniel graduated from California State University, Northridge, and began his professional career at Marcus & Millichap in 2012. Over the course of five years, he honed his brokerage skills in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate assets, mastering negotiations and deal-making in various property types, including retail, industrial, multi-family, office, and land.
