Daniel Ginsberg

Dan has been working in leasing for over 20 years, sometimes in some of the most iconic buildings in New York. A graduate of the Business Management program at Adelphi University, Dan is a licensed New York State real estate broker and a member of the Real Estate Board of New York. Before joining the Milvado team, he worked at an affiliate, The Lawrence Group in Manhattan, on the leasing team in Lower Manhattan and Financial District. In addition to those properties, Dan was also responsible for the leasing properties for various property owners in Manhattan and Jamaica Queens. His role recently expanded into Property Management, and he takes great pride in the work of building relationships with his tenants.
