Daniel Gazzola

Daniel T. Gazzola joined Newmark’s Long Island office in 2001, bringing with him 20 years of sales and construction management experience. Mr. Gazzola focuses on the exclusive representation of both tenants and landlords in the Long Island office and industrial markets. Since joining Newmark, Mr. Gazzola has represented many of Long Island's largest landlords and companies such as: - A&Z Pharmaceuticals - Magellan Aerospace Corporation - New York State Empire State Development - Realterm - Rite Aid Corporation - Safety-Kleen Systems, Inc. - Samson Technologies Corporation - Weight Watchers International Prior to joining Newmark, Mr. Gazzola was principal and chief operating officer of Gazetten Contracting, Inc., a New York City-based construction management firm. A well-respected member of the real estate community, Mr. Gazzola has been recognized several times for his achievements. He has also been a featured panelist and public speaker at commercial real estate events. Mr. Gazzola attended SUNY at Oswego where he majored in business administration and minored in economics.
