Dan has worked with a large number of developers, business owners and individuals to successfully achieve their objectives. In 2022 alone, Dan Foye sold well over 1,000 industrially zoned acres to various developers and has several million square feet of industrial projects making their way through entitlement throughout Southern California. Some projects of note include a 158 acre project in Palmdale, currently being entitled by Transwestern Development which is going to contain 3,129,600 SF of warehouses in a two building project. A 1,260,000 SF building that is scheduled to be entitled the third quarter of 2023 and deliverable around 12 months after that with Warmington Industrial in Lancaster. Over 800,000 square feet making their way through entitlement with Covington Development split between three different developments in Palmdale and Lancaster. Other recent deals include a 330,735 SF building built by Prologis that was pre-leased while under construction 8 months prior to completion. Over five hundred acres in several different cities for several different industrial projects for BHT Development, 675 acres to two different developers in Apple Valley. Just over 70 acres in San Bernardino sold to Transwestern.
