At a very young age Dan learned the value of working hard to achieve dreams. Dan was raised in a small farm community of 1,200 people in Dike, Iowa. His family, and the community he was raised in, instilled the integrity and values that have shaped Dan in his personal life and professional career. Through Dan's previous career in construction management he built and closed over 200 single family and multi family homes. It was then he realized the satisfaction and pride that comes when you help someone achieve their dream of home ownership.
