Daniel Eng

He started his Real Estate Career the summer he graduated Plano East High School in 1998 by finishing all his Real Estate Classes before heading off to College in the heart of Europe at Franklin University Switzerland in Lugano. He got obtained his BA International Banking and Finance degree in 2001 and moved back to Dallas (Plano) to continue his passion for Commercial Real Estate. He started out managing/leasing retail assets under GE Management Co. Early in his career he started to syndicate deals under TK Eng & Associates Investment Group, Inc by raising funds to acquire shopping centers in the Dallas/Fort Worth Market and still continues to do so with his family CRE companies. During the financial crisis in 2008, Daniel made the decision to take the time to advance his Commercial Real Career by joining the North Texas CCIM chapter and IREM Dallas Chapter. He obtained the CCIM and CPM Certification in 2009 and have served on the board for both. In 2010 – he was approach by his CCIM instructor , Mac McClure , Past CCIM National President, to help head one of the KW Commercial Market Centers in Allen, Texas and later moved to KW Plano Market Center and teamed up with Kelley Liu and Trang Dang-Le. In 2012 – Kelley Liu, Trang Dang-Le and him decided to form their own residential real estate company, DFW iRealty, and in 2017 they franchised the residential company to become ERA iRealty, in which his partners run the operations of this company. In 2012 – Calvin Wong, Daniel’s ENGVEST Commercial Real Estate Partner, left Goldman Sachs Real Estate division to help lead and continue the Commercial Real Estate Brokerage and Investments for ENGVEST. They both met during their CCIM Investment Courses in 2009. In 2016, ENGVEST franchised with Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates under the leadership of Rand Sperry and James Huang to grow it’s commercial real estate network to provide a unparalleled commercial real estate services to Tenants and Landlords around the Dallas-Fort Worth area. In 2020 – during the Global Pandemic ENGVEST terminated the SperryCGA Commercial Franchise and moved the ENGVEST Commercial Real Estate Team to eXp Commercial | Engvest Group. He looks forward in growing his commercial team around the country and around the world with this eXp Global Cloud Base Platform. Daniel has served on many real estate boards and non-profit boards and continues to serve as advisor to most of them. He was the 2016 Past President (AREAADFW) Asian Real Estate Association of America DFW Chapter . He is active philanthropist in serving the Asian American Pacific Islander Community in Dallas. Daniel and his wife have 4 beautiful children in which 1 is in Heaven and hope one day they learn to serve the community and to give back to those in need .
