Daniel Coyle

Mr. Daniel Coyle joined Stiles as Senior Retail Leasing Agent. Mr. Coyle is responsible for the continued growth of third party leasing, sale and tenant representation within the retail division of Stiles Realty. In addition, he also handles investment sales and leasing within the Stiles retail portfolio, working in conjunction with the company’s development and asset management teams to add value through lease hold interests. With 12 years of experience commercial real estate, Mr. Coyle is a highly respected industry professional specializing in retail tenant and property representation throughout Florida. A CCIM candidate, he draws upon an extensive background in portfolio management and has a track record for success in executing complex sale and lease transactions. Prior to joining Stiles Realty, Mr. Coyle was an agent at The Rotella Group where he was responsible for 1 million sf of gross leasable space in the tri-county area. His client roster comprises institutional, national and regional landlords including: Kimco Realty; Dizengoff Group; DRA and Casto Investments.
