Daniel Bonin joined SVN Vanguard in 2018 after working for Seiko Properties in San Diego. He is a San Diego native that graduated from the University of Colorado after receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Business. Daniel works in almost every division of Commercial Real Estate but specializes in Retail Leasing and Investment Sales as well as Multi-Family development. Daniel has worked with school and church sites as owner/user and development opportunities. Representing both tenants and landlords, his listings encompass all of San Diego.
