Daniel Batey

Daniel Batey is a Partner at Range Realty Advisors, focusing primarily on land brokerage opportunities for single-family, multi-family, industrial, and investment properties in the Northern DFW markets. Daniel’s niche skillset helps attract quality buyers and developers who make competitive — and even above-market — offers. After spending a couple of years working in the financial industry, Daniel launched his real estate career at Range as an analyst before becoming a land broker. He’s driven toward achieving a mutual benefit for client and community — helping his clients reach their goals while positively influencing DFW’s growth. Daniel’s discipline, accountability, and integrity have helped him become one of Range’s 2022 D CEO Power Brokers as well as a 2021 Top Producer. A native Texan, Daniel was born and raised in Denison. He attended The University of Texas at Dallas, where he received his bachelor’s degree in finance and his MBA with a dual concentration in real estate and human behavior. In his spare time, Daniel enjoys relaxing with fishing, fitness, and golf.
