Danchen Astle has been an active real estate broker for over 20 years in Colorado. She started her real estate career as a broker associate with Center 21 World Class Inc. focusing on both commercial and residential sales and leasing. In 2010, Danchen established Pearl River Real Estate, LLC. The firm specialized in bridging Chinese investors with Colorado real estate developers. She has also worked as a portfolio manager for a boutique commercial real estate investment and developer company in Centennial, Colorado. Her managed and leasing portfolio includes retail, office and warehouse properties. Before establishing ALG Commercial, Danchen Astle was senior investment broker and served as senior vice president in two established commercial real estate firms in Denver focusing on investment sales and leasing in the area of retail, land, office and industrial properties. In addition to commercial real estate transactions, Danchen also specializing in business valuation and assisting business owners buy sell business opportunities with or without real estate. She serves a diversified group of clients from regional to locally owned businesses and from startup business owners to multiunit operators and investors. Danchen has been a marketing executive, Chinese-English translator, corporate accountant and a business owner of a printing and marketing company. She is detail oriented, result driven and caring about her clients. Danchen moved to the United States in 1992. She holds a B.A. in English Literature from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies (China) and a Masters’ of Accountancy from the University of Montana (USA). She is fluent in Chinese Mandarin, Cantonese and English. She enjoys playing golf, practicing yoga and travel. Reference upon request.
