Dana Waldkirch

Dana specializes in the office administration, marketing, and brokerage functions for Maus, Warwick, Matthews & Co. Dana handles the day-to-day operations of the firm and also is an active commercial real estate broker. Prior to joining Maus, Warwick, Matthews & Co. Dana served as an associate with a local real estate group specializing in investment real estate. Dana also worked as a real estate broker, and in real estate office management giving her over 20 years of experience in the construction, real estate, and management fields. Dana grew up in Roxboro, NC then attended East Carolina University in Greenville, NC. She now lives in Wilmington with her husband Brad and daughter Bentley.
