Dana joined Lee & Associates in 2023 after over ten highly productive years at regional commercial real estate services firms. Dana is a comprehensive and intuitive professional who has a full range of commercial real estate experience, including investment sales, acquisitions, and leasing for industrial, retail, and office, along with land assemblage and development projects. Dana's success is attributed to her strong client relationships, responsiveness, integrity, and diverse market knowledge. She is a highly motivated, results-oriented executive with the ability to plan, manage and execute complex sales, leasing, and investment projects. Dana consistently strives to exceed client expectations. A licensed real estate agent for over 30 years, she earned both her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and her Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designations. Prior to pursuing a career in commercial real estate, Dana was an accomplished business owner in the health and fitness industry, creating her own product line which was sold at local and regional retail stores. She also spent 13 years in surgical sales covering Western Pennsylvania.
