She has over 20 years of experience in all facets of the real estate industry. She has been an independent broker since 2014. Previous to that, she joined Avison Young in January 2013 as Vice President of the office group. She had been recruited from Cushman & Wakefield where she served as Director - Office Group in Las Vegas. She represents Tenants and Landlords, Sellers and Buyers of owner/user and investment properties, and has LEED AP designation as a testament to her passion for green building and sustainability. CAREER SUMMARY Dana has achieved her CCIM designation and promotes sustainability and green building as a LEED AP. She is on the Board of Directors for NAIOP Southern Nevada Chapter, previously served on the Board of Directors for CCIM Southern Nevada and is actively involved in the Las Vegas Metro Chamber of Commerce and the US Green Building Council. She has been a presenter and panelist for local organizations including the Appraisal Institute and US Green Building Council. Dana continues to volunteer her time mentoring new agents and students entering the commercial real estate industry. Community service activities include volunteering for Keep Memory Alive/Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health, Three Square Food Bank and NAIOP’s community service committee.
