Dan Santinga

Mr. Santinga is responsible for leasing and marketing more than 2 million square feet of office, flex and industrial space in the Jacksonville market with annual NOI over $15 million. He has more than 16 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, is a Green Advantage Certified Practitioner and a board member at NAIOP and CCIM. Prior to joining Lingerfelt in 2013, he was Director of Leasing with Liberty Property Trust, one of the nation's leading office and industrial REIT's, overseeing the same portfolio of quality office and flex/industrial buildings in Jacksonville, FL since 2006. Preceding this, he was a Market Representative with ProLogis, a global industrial REIT, overseeing the leasing and property management of more than 4 million square feet of industrial space in the company's south Florida market. Prior to ProLogis, Mr. Santinga was a Senior Leasing Representative with Insignia ESG (CBRE) and Vice President at Carter & Associates where he worked as a tenant representative and third-party leasing agent providing strategic planning transaction services to both tenants and landlords. Mr. Santinga earned a degree in Marketing from Florida State University and Masters of Business Administration from the University of South Florida.
