Dan Riley is a Senior Vice President in the CBRE Capital Markets Investment Properties Division and leader of the SoCal Retail | Investment Sales & Advisory team based in the South Bay office in greater Los Angeles, CA. Mr. Riley and his extended CBRE team provide a well-orchestrated array of commercial real estate services, including Disposition & Acquisition Services and Property Assessment & Optimization Strategies, all in aligned partnership with their wide-ranging investor, developer, and landlord clients. Drawing from an extensive 30yr.+ background in the shopping center / retail specialty including investment sales, development, leasing and asset management - Mr. Riley has effectively facilitated the investment sales of over 484 properties in excess of 18.4 million square feet of space with total consideration in excess of $3.4 Billion since 2000. Dan is a proud alumnus of The University of Colorado-Boulder and he resides with his family in Manhattan Beach, CA. Outside the office Dan enjoys beach tennis, body surfing, golf, bicycling the strand bike path and barbequing.
