Dan holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida (1999), giving him a strong background in land development, site plan review, and permitting. His qualifications include a Florida Broker License (2004), Graduate Realtor Institute (2005), and Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (2006). Dan has also served on the Grievance Committee of the Space Coast Association of Realtors (2018, 2020) and as Grievance Committee Chair (2019). Dan and his family are active members at Calvary Chapel Merritt Island, and he is an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Pirates and Steelers.
