Mr. Prendergast joined Darwin after his graduation from Western Illinois University in 2007. He offers a full range of brokerage services, including owner representation, tenant representation, build to suits, site acquisition, and investment acquisition and disposition. Prior to joining Darwin’s brokerage team, Mr.Prendergast interned at Scarlato & Sons Realty & Development in Bellwood, Illinois. Mr. Prendergast’s focus is in Northern Cook County, Lake County and Southeast Wisconsin (Kenosha and Racine County).
