At Cresa, Dan plays an integral role in procuring new business, analyzing lease transactions, and assisting in the formulation and implementation of real estate strategies. As a native of Chicago’s East-West corridor, Dan has a remarkable knowledge of those markets and properties. Prior to joining Cresa, Dan held similar positions in mid-size commercial real estate firms around Chicago. He has real-world insight on Cresa’s unique advantage and value proposition. Before his work in real estate, Dan worked for Merrill Lynch assisting traders in 30-year bond products and US Treasury notes for their Private Client Services at the Chicago Board of Trade.
