Dan Minnaert

Dan Minnaert joined TOK Commercial’s real estate team in 2000 as a Commercial Property Manager. In this position, his management portfolio grew to over 1,232,288 square feet of leasable area. In 2002, he transitioned from his previous position to specialize in Industrial Brokerage and Tenant Representation. Dan became a partner at TOK Commercial in 2006. Dan graduated from South Dakota State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Commercial Economics. Upon graduation from college, prior to entering the real estate industry, Dan spent 13 years in sales management with Daktronics Inc, in the College and University division. His duties included sales, contract negotiations, and project management for placement of large-scale video replay screens into collegiate athletic sporting venues throughout the western United States. Dan’s day-to-day contact with tenants and owners, along with his strong commitment to customer service, has proved to be valuable to all his clients. PROFESSIONAL & COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES Dan holds the Society of Office and Industrial Realtor (SIOR) designation. Individuals who hold the SIOR designation are top producers in the commercial real estate field and are represented in 480 cities and 20 countries around the world. Dan also holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. This designation is widely regarded as the industry’s highest accreditation. Dan completed Leadership Nampa in 2003 and sat on the Board of Directors for the Nampa Chamber of Commerce. FAMILY, HOBBIES & INTERESTS Dan currently lives with his wife on the Boise Bench. Together they enjoy spending time with their four children, and numerous outdoor, sporting and cultural activities.
