Dan has resided on the Island of Kaua?i for more than 21 years. During that time, he has been involved in the management and leasing of the Dragon building in Kapa?a, Princeville Center, Coconut Marketplace, Waipouli Town Center, and Anchor Cove. He brings over 30 years of real estate management and leasing experience to The Beall Corporation. After graduating from Denver University in 1988, he started a management/leasing company in Boulder, Colorado which managed 300 residential units and 100,000 SF of commercial space, including all the City of Boulder properties. After selling the business in 2001, he moved to Kaua?i. Besides management and leasing, Dan has built several homes including five on Kaua?i, and was project manager for the Princeville Center remodel that took place in 2007.
