Dan Leuschen

Dan Leuschen serves as an advisor for Sperry Van Ness/The Group Commercial, LLC, in Northern Colorado. Specialization includes the sale of industrial buildings, land, and multifamily, medical, and investment property, in addition to leasing office and industrial property. Leuschen joins the firm with more than 25 years of business and executive experience Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Leuschen served as chief executive officer for five branches of Fortune 500 companies. Leuschen also served as the founder and owner of a sales training company which served various industries including real estate, financial services, auto, manufacturing and technology. Leuschen prides himself on his ability to build relationships with clients and follows a business philosophy that coincides with the Sperry Van Ness core covenants and values that focus on business planning and client dedication. Leuschen earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Iowa. In addition, Leuschen has earned various training certifications including: Strategic Selling, Conceptual Selling, Large Account Management, Negotiation Skills and Personal Social Styles. Within his community, Leuschen serves on the boards of a primary work force housing committee, a local church-based charitable organization, the Rotary Club of Windsor, Colorado, and as a member of a local economic development committee. With an appreciation for all that Northern Colorado has to offer, Leuschen and his wife enjoy the mountains for hiking, mountain biking, skiing, and snowshoeing.
