Dan Lesinski

Dan Lesinski joined Colliers in 2024 with 11 years of real estate experience. Dan specializes in industrial leasing, tenant representation, and investment sales. His primary responsibilities include advising clients in the acquisition and disposition of industrial properties as well as representing clients in the analysis and disposition of industrial real estate investment transactions. Dan focuses on properties located in and around the St. Louis metropolitan region where he is intimately familiar with all notable building tenants, owners, lease expirations and transactions in his territory. Throughout his career, Dan has worked with clients including Industrial Commercial Properties, Sealy & Company, Tenneco, Translux, Distribution Management, Inc., Owens & Minor, Menasha, and RMR Group. Prior to joining Colliers, Dan was Senior Managing Director with Newmark Zimmer specializing in industrial properties within the St. Louis market. Dan is an active board member for United 4 Children, a local non-profit dedicated to the care of children through childcare and after school programs. He also dedicates his time to Christian Brothers College High School as an alumni board member and ice hockey coach. He lives in the Kirkwood area of St. Louis, Missouri, with his wife, Heidi; daughters, Elaine and Avis; and son, Dan III.
