Dan Lahmi
Dan Lahmi is the Head of Leasing at Beekman. In this role, he oversees the leasing process of the company’s office and residential properties. Prior to joining Beekman, Dan was a Senior Associate at Beachwold Residential, a multi-family investment firm. During his tenure, he assisted the firm’s acquisition efforts by underwriting investment opportunities, putting together due diligence material and preparing investors’ presentations. Prior to joining Beachwold, Dan worked as an Asset Management Analyst at Gaia Real Estate. At the company, he closely monitored the financial and operational performance of its properties. Dan received a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Brandeis University (MA) and an M.S. in Real Estate from NYU.
