Dan Krekel

Dan has made it a priority to understand both the Investment and Leasing aspects of Commercial Real Estate in order to best serve his clients. His depth of experience in the Eastside Market includes the handling of many types of transactions including project leasing, tenant representation and property acquisition/disposition. Dan currently heads the office division at Leibsohn & Company and since joining the firm in 2003 has been a consistent top producer involved in leasing and sales transactions amounting to over $100 million worth of commercial real estate. As a Bellevue Native, Dan’s strong knowledge of the area and his focus on developing working relationships with local Landlords and Tenants has culminated in bringing him and his clients success and satisfaction. He prides himself on being a problem solver and solution oriented, always keeping his client’s interests in mind. His foremost goal is to build trusting relationships and to achieve the best terms for his clients.
