Dan’s real estate career began in 1993 and includes office and industrial leasing, investment sales and national site selection for retailers. Dan focuses on Puget Sound investment opportunities and has extensive experience in the suburbs surrounding the Seattle CBD and the Kent Valley market. He has a strong track record representing both buyers and sellers. Since 2000 Dan has sold in excess of $200M of stabilized investments and leased more than 1M SF of Class ‘A’ office space in King County. Dan specializes in full-service client relationships with emphasis on representing the leasing and sales needs of private parties. This includes, but is not limited to, comparative financial and leasing analysis, tax-free exchanges and asset positioning. His commitment to his clients goes beyond the traditional broker’s role. He is committed to developing long-term relationships and servicing his clients long after a transaction concludes. Dan lives in the foothills of Isssaquah, WA with his family of four. In his spare time he enjoys skiing, scuba diving, and biking.
