Since 2016, Dan has been involved in hotel/motel sales in CO and surrounding states. He focuses on the sale of hospitality properties across Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska, Missouri, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Minnesota, Georgia and Pennsylvania under Hotel Brokers International, the longest standing hotel brokerage organization in the country.
