Dan Dunsmoor

Dan is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Allied. He is responsible for overseeing the firm’s overall strategy, vision, culture, and execution. He combines an extensive background in commercial real estate leasing, capital markets and operations with a deep desire to serve his team and clients to the best of his ability. Prior to founding Allied, Dan spent over 15 years at Colliers International in Columbus, OH where he served as an Executive Vice President and Principal and was an active leader of the firm’s capital markets platform. While there he served a wide range of companies, private investors, and institutions by implementing and executing leasing and sale strategies. He is recognized as a market leader in the Columbus, OH commercial real estate industry and has been involved in over 1,000 transactions valued in excess of $1.5 billion.
