He found that in Coldwell Banker and joined the Encino office in 1998. His career continued to flourish in the sales of land, apartments and single family residences. Working closely with investors, developers and contractors, Dan became one of the top producers for the office, acquiring many awards along the way, culminating with "The Society of Excellence" award as the #1 agent award in the office and #34 in all of Southern California in 2006. One of his many accomplishments was assembling 18 different parcels of multi-family land in North Hollywood that had existing improvements on them and selling them all to a local developer who then entitled the project for 268 new apartment building units ready for construction. Dan then listed, marketed and sold the project to another Southern California developer for over $23,000,000.
