Daniel Dobric joined Newmark’s Phoenix office in 2005, specializing in the delivery of office building services to a variety of clients that include local investors as well as institutional owners and tenants. Services provided encompass tenant representation, global corporate services, landlord representation, investment and land sales as well as providing market and financial analysis. Mr. Dobric is an experienced commercial real estate executive with a distinguished record of 35 years in the business. He has worked for institutional commercial real estate companies as well as private firms in the delivery of tenant representation, leasing and sales for a multitude of tenants and property types on a national and local level. He has also been successful in providing a full range of corporate advisory services for companies assessing their real estate needs. Mr. Dobric has completed over 1,000 transactions totaling more than 10 million square feet valued in excess of $1.5 billion.
