Colton has unique combination of experience in real estate brokerage, construction and finance that people seek when navigating the real estate landscape in metro Phoenix. Starting in the 1974's by joining the US Navy Construction Battalion and operating a construction company while attaining BS degree from ASU WP Carey Business college in Corporate Finance. After graduation Colton starting selling and leasing industrial properties in Tempe, AZ. In 2000 Dan Colton Became designated broker and CEO of Colton Realty which was renamed to Colton Commercial.
