Dan Buyers specializes in land sales & site selection and office / medical office brokerage. Mr. Buyers represents land sellers and buyers as well as office and medical office owners and users. His land site selection expertise varies from the acquisition of prominent sites for medical office and senior housing facilities, condominium, and single-family residential communities to retail land site selection. An active member of the real estate industry, Dan is a recipient of the Phoenix Award, numerous Top Ten Land Sales Producer Awards, Young Realtor of the Year, and a Life Member of the Million Dollar Club as recognized by the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS® (ACBR). Dan is also an active member of the community, serving on multiple Boards including the Cobb Chamber of Commerce, the Council for Quality Growth, the Cobb County-Marietta Water Authority, the Georgia Association of Realtors RPAC, the Town Center Area Community Improvement District (C.I.D) and the WellStar Foundation. Dan joined McWhirter Realty Partners after graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from the University of Georgia in 1993.
