Dan Brown founded Brown Commercial Group, Inc. in 2004 to capitalize on his knowledge of the suburban market to service the real estate needs of landlords, investors, and tenants, as well as traditional buyers and sellers. Dan is the driving force behind the company’s commitment to top-notch relationships with clients and customers, and is always on the forefront of market trends, creatively finding solutions and thinking outside the box to find the perfect fit for clients. He focuses on helping clients evaluate their real estate needs, identify their space requirements, assess building logistics and amenities, and secure financing sources. He was named to the 2017 Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame by Midwest Real Estate News, and is often a source of commentary on market trends in trade publications. He is a graduate of Illinois State University with a BA in Economics & Finance. He is a member of the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE), and a CCIM candidate.
