He has been recognized annually by the state of Ohio for being a million dollar seller for 17 Years, and in 2013, 2014 & 2015 he was recognized for his accomplishment of being a 5 million dollar seller with an award from Ohio Association of Realtors for Award of Excellence. From 2017 through 2021 Dan received the highest award the state of Ohio gives out the Pinnacle Award.
