Dan Adamson

The Founder of R.O.I. Commercial Real Estate, Inc. in 1992, Dan Adamson’s focus is on retail investment sales, tenant representation, landlord representation, land sales, acquisitions, surplus solutions, consultation and advisory services. Tenants represented include Target, Office Depot, Circle K and Burger King, to name a few. Dan began his career in retail brokerage in 1983 as an intern at Grubb & Ellis at the University of Arizona. After graduating with a double major in Finance and Real Estate, Dan began his career with Centrecor Development Company in Tucson, Arizona as an in-house leasing agent. After moving to Las Vegas in 1990, Adamson worked at Burke Commercial (prior to becoming Lee & Associates) and then with The Commercial Group. Dan has been a 35 year member of ICSC and past Chairman of the Speakers Committee for ICSC, Nevada Chapter. He has also been deeply committed to philanthropy over the years with The Las Vegas Founders, who ran the PGA Las Vegas golf tournaments, that were responsible for raising millions of dollars for charities in Las Vegas. Past Founders Foundation Member that gifted just under $1 million to charity. Dan is the past President of the Las Vegas Rotary Foundation who’s mission statement is “Teaching youth to succeed through Literacy, Education and Life Skills Development”. Dan is currently on the Board of Directors for the Las Vegas Rotary Club. Dan is also active with the Tenant Council of the Retail Broker's Network.
