Damon Scholl
Damon P. Scholl joined Dollinger Properties in April of 2014, following a nine-year career as a commercial broker with Cornish & Carey Commercial in Santa Clara. As a specialist in ground-up retail and mixed-use projects, one of Damon's most active clients was Dollinger Properties. They worked together on multiple ground up projects that included; Charleston Plaza in Mountain View, Brokaw Commons in San Jose and Shops @ Lawrence in Sunnyvale, as well as the leasing of Dollinger's other existing retail centers throughout northern California. This successful association was the catalyst for Damon joining the Dollinger team. In his new role, Damon's objective will be locating and assessing new development sites, and overseeing the development and leasing process with municipalities and prospective tenants. Additionally, Damon is responsible for the procurement of existing and stable investment properties for the company when executing trades.
