Dallon Cheney

Dallon Cheney has been active in commercial real estate in the Mid-Atlantic Region since 1999. In August 2004, Dallon and his partners opened the Northern Virginia office of Madison Retail Group where he specialized in retail tenant and landlord representation. Previously, Dallon spent 5 years with CB Richard Ellis (now CBRE), specializing in the sale and leasing of retail property. Following his first year with CBRE, he was awarded the Rookie of the Year Award for the Mid-Atlantic Region, as well as named the National Retail Rookie of the Year. In May 2003, his team was awarded the 2002 CBRE Retail Team Award for the entire company. Dallon has been awarded the CoStar Retail Power Broker Award for 12 consecutive years from 2006-2017. Dallon holds an active membership in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the leading trade association for retailers, developers, owners and brokers of retail properties in the United States. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia.
