Dallan Randall

Dallan’s wide-ranging commercial business and real estate experience, together with stellar mentors, has resulted in the trust and respect of the savviest commercial real estate investors and sellers. Because he has been on both sides of the commercial real estate industry, his clients know that he understands the goals and structure of a successful transaction and that he continues to be someone that can be counted on to protect and grow their real estate assets. Being the Vice President of the Multi-Family division at Commercial Properties Inc., and an active member of the American Multi-Housing Administration, (AMA), has allowed Dallan to serve the needs and objectives of his clients. Most people describe Dallan as knowledgeable, astute, energetic, optimistic, and ambitious. He has always been a driven entrepreneur, opening his first business repairing small engines while still in High School, then on to managing his first multi-family project at the age of 21 and taking over his grandfather’s prosperous water distiller business. Under Dallan’s leadership, JB Water has emerged as a thriving Water Treatment and Plumbing company here in the valley with 20x’s the gross volume and still growing. He has served in numerous leadership capacities including the youngest president of the Arizona Water Quality Association. As a fifth-generation Arizonan, he has been instilled with the desire to be an integral part of making his community better for present and future generations. He has served in numerous leadership capacities including the following: 2015-2018 on the Board of Appeals for the City of Mesa, Youngest president of the Arizona Water Quality Association, HOA board for over 11 years primarily as Board President and Treasurer, Unit Commissioner for the Boy Scouts of America from 2010-2013. In addition to faithfully serving in his church, Dallan believes in family and the importance of teaching his children core principles to live by. He loves to take the family on amazing outdoor adventures. One of their favorite places to visit is the back country of Yellowstone National Park. He and his wife live in Mesa Arizona with their 2 boys and 5 girls.
